So after Sonic a had bit of mix up with Rouge's Wardrobe robot, he became a near perfect look-like of Rouge....as well being half bat, half Hedgehog now. Rouge came up with a deal to fix this.
Rouge: If I reprogram my machine to turn you back into your normal Sonic self, and not breath a word of this, I need you to do a big favour for me.
Sonic: Anything Rouge, I need to changed back fast!
Rouge: Well I got a big party at Club Rouge to host...however G.U.N need me in to finished a lot of paperwork, so if you fill in for me tonight I'll start on reprograming my machine, unless you enjoy being me.
Sonic: Look Just! If I do the paperwork, will you change me back?!?
Rouge: Yes, but if you really want to change back so quick, you better start on finishing my paper work...here's the location of G.U.N and here's how you get in.

G.U.N Solider:No your not, your a SPY!! and we have ways of dealing with them! Your under arrested!!
very soon Sonic was handcuffed and lead into a interrogation room... he gave up the cover story and admit who he was...and it was Rouge's idea to cover for her. G.U.N wanted to confirmed this so they put Sonic into a holding cell intill Rouge arrived...
Sonic: Ah Rouge, am I'm glad to see you!!

Rouge: Yes I did... you little thief!!

Sonic realizing her fate started to go numb with shock, 2 guards grabbed her by the arms, adrenaline kicked in, she panicked and started to struggle and scream!
Rouge: Cheer up daring, I was kind enough to let you keep my clothes..."and now I have you outta of the way... those chaos emeralds will be mine"...buh bye sweetie..
Tears started to roll down Sonic's face as she was being dragged away to Prison, her nightmare has only just begun!
Once reaching Prison she was later placed into a special G.U.N Straight Jacket so she wouldn't escape.."this time" had her wings and her mouth bonded. then was put into her padded cell by Rouge..after locking him in, she gave him a wave and a grin from the window.
All Sonic could do now was cry and dream of escape...
